It is important to note that this study has limitations, which include a time limit, money and smaller sample size. The researcher had only 3 weeks to find respondents which are SMEs from Langkawi. Apart from collecting data online, the researcher has to go to Langkawi to increase the number of respondents. As a result of time constraint and money, it only allowed the researcher to physically meet the respondent in Langkawi for 4 days; thus, there was limited time to collect more responses from different sectors and locations. Lastly, for future studies its is recommended to lengthen the timeline to collect data and expand the sample size to increase the accuracy of outcome and data collection.
